Senior Banking Recruitment Consultant

Job Description

The senior consultant’s role is to establish a strong partnership with client companies, hiring managers and qualified candidates to ensure successful placement. On the client side, Consultants will work closely with our international and domestic banking clients to define job requirements, develop candidate profiles, match candidates to appropriate jobs, and negotiate offer terms & conditions. On the candidate side, you will identify candidates, source candidates and utilize appropriate resources to become a successful recruitment consultant.
