The following statement outlines how JAC Recruitment handles personal information it receives from you with respect to selecting candidates in our hiring process.
1.Personal information safeguards and administration
JAC Recruitment puts the manager of the hiring team in charge of properly administering and safeguarding your personal information, and otherwise takes proactive measures to prevent any instances where such information could be divulged to a third party, destroyed or damaged.
2.Purpose of using personal information
JAC Recruitment uses your personal information in carrying out its candidate placement and recruitment activities, encompassing screening of documentation, interviews, assessment and getting into contact with you. Whereas you decide of your own accord whether or not you will furnish your personal information to JAC Recruitment, we may be unable to proceed with the candidate selection process on your behalf if you opt not to provide us with such information.
3.Providing personal information to third parties
JAC Recruitment will not provide your personal information to any third party, except under the following circumstances.
- We may provide such information to a subcontractor who carries out recruitment-related tasks on our behalf, in order to make information available about our services.
- We may disclose statistical information that does not allow personal identification, and which is based on sets of personal data that have been compiled and analysed.
- We may disclose personal information if legally required to do so by law, court order or government ordinance otherwise.
- We may provide your personal information to a third party if you grant us consent to do so for other specified purposes.
4.Confidentiality agreements when entrusting personal information to third parties
JAC Recruitment is committed to ensuring that your personal information is handled properly when outsourcing a task involving your personal information either in its entirety or a portion thereof. To such ends, we conclude confidentiality agreements with outsourcing entities carrying out such tasks, upon stringent selection of any such entity contingent on it establishing and operating an administrative framework designed to ensure that your personal information will be duly safeguarded.
5.Personal information disclosure, amendment or deletion
Please contact JAC Recruitment through our Customer Support Centre if you would like your own personal information to be disclosed to you, amended or deleted. Upon contacting us, JAC Recruitment will handle your request promptly, upon confirming your identity.
