The Account Executive role offers the opportunity to work with multinational clients and internationally active businesses, delivering risk management and property & casualty insurance solutions in a global environment. This position plays an important part in maintaining client relationships, managing complex insurance programmes, and supporting business growth through collaboration with international teams and networks.
Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day client servicing and support for a portfolio of corporate clients
Proactively manage the insurance policy renewal cycle, ensuring all required processes are completed within agreed timelines
Prepare and review documentation, including notices and applications
Coordinate market submissions and review coverage terms
Place insurance programmes with insurance markets and ensure policies are bound on time
Respond to client enquiries and requests
Ensure timely acknowledgement and handling of communications from clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders
Collaborate with internal teams across multiple locations to deliver seamless client service
Support new business development initiatives by leveraging global networks and internal resources
Monitor and follow up on claims activities to support efficient claims management
Requirements
Corporate sales experience within an insurance company, insurance broker, or insurance agent environment
Strong organisational skills
Ability to organise, prioritise, monitor, and control workflow deadlines while maintaining flexibility
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent English communication skills, including reading and writing
