The Account Manager role offers an exciting opportunity to drive growth across new and existing customer segments by delivering value-focused solutions. This role is central to expanding market presence, enabling clients to leverage a unified digital twin approach for managing engineering and process data.
Responsibilities
Identify and engage prospective customers, securing new business and expanding the organisation’s market footprint
Develop and strengthen relationships with existing accounts to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities and increase recurring revenue
Create and execute detailed account plans, guiding opportunities from lead qualification through to successful deal closure
Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver effective account strategies and achieve sales objectives
Deliver tailored presentations that address client needs and clearly demonstrate the value and differentiation of the solutions
Proactively manage and resolve customer issues to ensure a high level of satisfaction and long-term engagement
Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting using established methodologies and systems
Requirements
Proven success in direct sales with the ability to build relationships across all levels of client organisations
Minimum of 8 years’ experience selling SaaS or DaaS solutions
Strong background in business development, particularly in acquiring new customers
Demonstrated ability to manage and close complex software and product agreements end-to-end
Experience in industrial, engineering, or automation software is highly advantageous
Familiarity with Salesforce and MEDDPICC sales methodology is desirable
Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management capabilities
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment
