The Accounting Specialist role offers the opportunity to contribute to a globally connected finance function within a high-performing professional environment. You will play a key part in maintaining accurate financial operations while collaborating closely with international teams.
Responsibilities
Manage and input accounting records across multiple standards including J-GAAP, US-GAAP and management accounting
Support monthly and year-end closing processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
Process payroll-related journal entries and oversee expense reimbursement management
Handle treasury activities, including fund management and payment processing
Coordinate tax-related documentation and liaise with external tax advisors
Support external audits through documentation preparation and responding to enquiries
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including collaboration with global teams in English
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Proven experience in accounting or related finance functions
Business-level English proficiency in both written and spoken communication, with the ability to participate in meetings and handle correspondence
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple financial processes accurately
Experience using SAP is advantageous
