The AirTech OEM Sales role offers the opportunity to develop both commercial and technical expertise within the growing climate control and air treatment market. This position combines account management, new business development, technical proposal activities, and project coordination, working with a diverse customer base including HVAC manufacturers, machinery companies, and end users across multiple industries.
Responsibilities
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers while identifying and developing new business opportunities.
Promote evaporative cooling systems, HVAC humidifiers, and eliminator products to a wide range of customers.
Respond to customer enquiries via email and telephone in a timely and professional manner.
Conduct regular customer visits and business trips as required.
Perform product selection calculations and prepare quotations using Excel-based tools.
Coordinate order processing, delivery schedules, and customer requirements.
Maintain accurate customer and sales information within Salesforce CRM.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate technical and commercial solutions.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
Basic English communication skills and willingness to engage with overseas stakeholders when required.
General proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
