Responsibilities
Manage and develop business activities across assigned APAC markets, providing structured market and customer feedback to regional and global teams.
Work closely with key stakeholders to develop business plans, identify target accounts, manage pipelines, forecasts, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Conduct regular business reviews to monitor performance, assess risks and opportunities, and implement action plans.
Improve commercial effectiveness through training, evaluation support, field coaching, customer visits, seminars, webinars, and business development activities.
Support stakeholders in translating product and solution value propositions into effective customer-facing messaging.
Assist with local campaigns, market development programmes, and commercial readiness activities.
Ensure major opportunities are supported by clear business cases, assumptions, risk assessments, and action plans, while preparing business justifications for exceptions when required.
Build and strengthen relationships with distribution partners and key stakeholders throughout the region.
Requirements
Required Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in sales, partner management, business development, or commercial operations.
Experience within industrial, technology, healthcare, scientific, or related industries.
Experience working with external partners and stakeholders across multiple markets.
Strong understanding of customer workflows, business processes, or related solutions.
Proven ability to manage pipelines, forecasts, business reviews, and cross-functional initiatives.
Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
