Responsibilities
Act as a central point of contact, coordinating projects across internal teams and external stakeholders
Define winning conditions including pricing, technical specifications, quality standards, and delivery timelines
Develop and execute detailed action plans to secure new business opportunities
Manage programme launches, ensuring achievement of key milestones throughout the lifecycle
Promote organisational culture and align internal stakeholders to shared objectives
Identify customer challenges and lead initiatives to develop innovative, value-driven solutions
Prepare reports and demonstrate leadership that fosters a high-performance culture
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, engineering, or a related discipline
Experience in automotive product design; knowledge of interior or exterior plastic injection products, or electrical and electronic components is advantageous
Minimum of five years’ experience in automotive sales, project management, or product development
Ability to anticipate market trends and identify future product opportunities
Proven capability to manage complex projects and adapt to change
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with experience working across global teams
Professional English proficiency in an international working environment
Experience working in foreign-affiliated organisations
Flexibility to collaborate across different time zones and willingness to travel
