Job Description
- Have a passion for and a deep understanding of real estate, and a history of successfully completing transactions.
- Be responsible for assisting clients buy and sell multiple property types
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of existing and new properties as well as local regulations affecting owners
- Demonstrate your expertise and provide expert advice as needed
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Prepare SPAs, SIMs and other necessary documents for transactions
Qualifications
- Licensed real estate broker (Takken holder) with a minimum of 7 years’ experience
- Deep understanding of real estate fundamentals and laws
- Strong business development skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Proven track record
- Bilingual: English/Japanese
