Responsibilities
Conduct internal audits and assess key business risks and controls.
Perform audit testing and document findings and recommendations.
Work closely with stakeholders to discuss audit observations and provide updates on identified issues.
Follow up on audit findings and verify that agreed actions have been completed effectively.
Support ongoing monitoring activities and risk assessments across assigned business areas.
Build and maintain effective working relationships throughout the organisation.
Contribute to the enhancement of audit activities through knowledge sharing, data analytics, and the use of technology.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in external audit, internal audit, or advisory roles, ideally within financial services.
Experience assessing risks, controls, and audit frameworks.
Native-level Japanese communication and writing skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a collaborative approach.
