The selected candidate will drive market expansion and customer acquisition across high-growth sectors including Data Centers, Energy, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and Building Infrastructure.
Responsibilities
Develop new business opportunities across Data Centers, Energy, BESS, and Building Infrastructure markets.
Identify and engage key stakeholders, including EPCs, utilities, contractors, system integrators, and industrial customers.
Build and execute strategies for market expansion and new customer acquisition.
Manage opportunities throughout the sales cycle, from lead generation and proposals through negotiation, contract award, and account development.
Build long-term relationships with strategic customers and industry partners.
Collaborate with global, regional, and local teams to support business growth initiatives.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to develop pipelines, drive revenue growth, and identify new market opportunities.
Requirements
Experience in B2B sales, business development, or market development, with a strong focus on new customer acquisition.
Experience developing new markets, expanding customer accounts, and creating growth opportunities.
Experience in pre-sales, solution proposal development, requirements analysis, PoC support, or consultative selling.
Strong ability to identify customer challenges and develop value-driven solutions.
Interest in engineering, industrial technology, automation, or infrastructure-related industries.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and proactively drive business initiatives.
