About the Company :

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into purchasing requirements. Carry out purchasing activities- such as preparing and approving purchase orders- within the defined authority limits.

- Procure required goods and services in an efficient and cost- effective manner.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal user departments. Coordinate details to ensure smooth purchasing operations.

- Ensure that procured goods and services meet quality, delivery, and cost requirements, and make the necessary arrangements to secure timely delivery.

- Participate in supplier evaluation meetings with the Asia-Pacific region and global teams. Report achievements in cost reduction and efficiency improvements, as well as other relevant metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Comply with the purchasing code of ethics, Sarbanes- Oxley Act Section 404, ISO standards, company policies and values, audit rules, and all applicable regulations.

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :

Required Skills

- At least 3 years of practical experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain-related operations

- Work experience in any of the following industries: construction, facilities/equipment, or manufacturing

- Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate and organize rules and conditions with both internal and external stakeholders

- Basic PC skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)

- English proficiency (reading, writing, and basic conversational level)

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in transactions with general contractors, subcontractors, or manufacturers

- Understanding of construction sites or project-based work
