Responsibilities
Provide technical field support to customers, including experimental design guidance and troubleshooting
Support and progress commercial opportunities by aligning scientific solutions with customer needs
Track customer evaluations and opportunities using a CRM platform
Represent products within the life science community through seminars, poster presentations, and industry events
Collaborate with commercial, marketing, product management, and support teams to ensure clear value communication and identify future product needs
Coordinate onsite demonstrations and customer training initiatives
Contribute to the development of technical marketing materials such as whitepapers, application notes, and digital content, incorporating customer feedback and insights
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a life sciences-related discipline with at least four years of research or laboratory experience, or a Master’s degree/Ph.D. with at least two years of relevant experience
Hands-on experience with cell and gene therapy and a minimum of four years of wet lab experience
At least five years of experience in experimental design and troubleshooting
Strong public speaking and presentation experience, with a minimum of five years
Ability to travel domestically up to 50%
Experience with workflows such as transfection, electroporation, and viral transduction is advantageous
Understanding of viral vector modalities and the broader cell and gene therapy process is preferred
Familiarity with customer engagement tools such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or Hubspot is beneficial
