Responsibilities
Lead the budgeting and forecasting process across the full P&L, ensuring robust and accurate financial planning cycles
Deliver regular performance reporting with clear analysis of risks, opportunities, and recommended corrective actions
Provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making and long-term business objectives
Partner closely with key stakeholders to enhance planning capabilities and business performance
Support execution of business strategies through effective financial analysis and collaboration
Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and reporting
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a multinational environment
Strong financial and commercial acumen, with experience collaborating closely with business stakeholders
Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong analytical and systems skills
Experience working with global teams and within matrix organisations
Fluent in both English and Japanese
Familiarity with ERP systems is advantageous
Adaptable, proactive, and hands-on approach with a forward-looking mindset
