The HR Planner role offers the opportunity to shape and drive people strategy within a leading organisation in the real estate services industry. This position plays a key role in developing HR frameworks, enhancing employee engagement, and leading strategic HR initiatives that support organisational growth and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with organisational objectives.

  • Design, review, and enhance HR systems, including grading structures, performance management frameworks, and remuneration programmes.

  • Revise employment terms and conditions and support the effective implementation of policy changes.

  • Collaborate with HR Operations and HR Business Partner teams to design and optimise HR processes.

  • Analyse employee engagement survey results and develop initiatives to improve employee experience and engagement.

  • Lead and manage a variety of HR-related projects across the organisation.

Requirements

  • Practical experience in grading and remuneration management.

  • Experience working within both multinational and Japanese organisations is highly desirable.

  • Experience in HR planning and the development of HR strategies.

  • Proven experience in the design and implementation of HR systems and frameworks.

  • Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.

  • Ability to drive continuous improvement and organisational change through HR initiatives.
