The HR Planner role offers the opportunity to shape and drive people strategy within a leading organisation in the real estate services industry. This position plays a key role in developing HR frameworks, enhancing employee engagement, and leading strategic HR initiatives that support organisational growth and performance.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with organisational objectives.
Design, review, and enhance HR systems, including grading structures, performance management frameworks, and remuneration programmes.
Revise employment terms and conditions and support the effective implementation of policy changes.
Collaborate with HR Operations and HR Business Partner teams to design and optimise HR processes.
Analyse employee engagement survey results and develop initiatives to improve employee experience and engagement.
Lead and manage a variety of HR-related projects across the organisation.
Requirements
Practical experience in grading and remuneration management.
Experience working within both multinational and Japanese organisations is highly desirable.
Experience in HR planning and the development of HR strategies.
Proven experience in the design and implementation of HR systems and frameworks.
Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
Ability to drive continuous improvement and organisational change through HR initiatives.
