Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :
-Professional Experience: Experience in strategy consulting, management consulting, or working on enterprise transformation projects, ideally within the insurance, banking, or financial services sectors
-strategic & analytical skills: Strong ability to analyze complex business problems, develop strategic recommendations, and translate them into actionable plans
-Stakeholder Engagement: Experience in working with diverse stakeholders, including senior management, and influencing decision-making
-Project management: Familiarity with managing or supporting large-scale projects
