Responsibilities :
The company is actively promoting cloud transformation, with nearly all applications currently operating in a cloud environment, primarily on Microsoft Azure.
They are seeking a candidate who can provide technical support across the full infrastructure domain, including areas such as evaluation and implementation of new technologies, incident prevention, troubleshooting, security, and audit support.
Job details:
Provide support across infrastructure domains, including servers, middleware, networks, PCs, authentication systems, and call center systems (*coverage of all areas is not required)
Handle various project-related tasks
Drive technical initiatives and continuous improvement efforts

JPY 7.2 million - 11.5 million annually
Variable bonus provided separately

Standard Working Hours
9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (7 hours per day, 60-minute break)
Flexible Working Hours
Full flex system (no core hours)
Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :
Over 10 years of experience in IT operations (experience in the financial or insurance industry is a strong plus)
Experience in infrastructure design, implementation, and operations
Candidates with any of the following experience will be highly preferred:
Broad knowledge and hands-on experience with Azure and cloud technologies
Knowledge of security-related domains
Experience working as an infrastructure architect
