【概要／Job Summary】
高圧ガスプラント（ASU:空気分離装置、窒素発生装置など）の建設プロジェクトにて、配管・構造・モジュール設計のリードエンジニアとしてプロジェクト推進を担っていただきます。設計の専門性を発揮するだけでなく、チームのハブとして他部門との調整や若手エンジニアの育成・サポートを行い、プロジェクトを成功へ導く重要なポジションです。
【主な業務内容／Key Responsibilities】
配管チームでは１つのプロジェクトに対して、Design Authority１名、リードエンジニア１名、エンジニア２名の体制で臨みます。
リードエンジニアとして、プロジェクト管理・チームリードから各種設計、調整業務など、プロジェクトの推進に注力いただきます。
・HPGSA（高圧ガス）向け申請書類の作成
・バルブ及びその他配管付属品に関する技術要求仕様書の策定
・配管、構造物、モジュールの設計業務
・配管及び構造物の強度計算書作成
・配管フレキシビリティ計算書の作成
・配管や構造物に関する現場作業手順書の作成
・バルブ及びその他配管付属品に関するベンダー評価および選定
・他部門との調整および確認業務
・配管設計標準文書の作成および維持管理
・営業支援（提案活動における見積書作成のための書類準備）
・製造工場及び建設現場における配管ライン検査
【Job Summary】
You will be responsible for driving project execution as a Lead Engineer for piping, structural, and module design in construction projects for high-pressure gas plants (such as ASU: Air Separation Units, Nitrogen Generators, etc.). In this critical role, you will not only demonstrate your design expertise but also act as a team hub, coordinating with other departments and providing mentorship and support to junior engineers to lead projects to success.
【Key Responsibilities】
For each project, the piping team operates with a structure consisting of one Design Authority, one Lead Engineer, and two Engineers.
As a Lead Engineer, you will focus on driving the project forward through project management, team leadership, various design tasks, and coordination activities.
・Preparation of application documents for HPGSA
・Creation of technical requisition sheet for valves and other piping accessories
・Design work of piping, structure and modules
・Creation of piping and structure strength calculations
・Creation of piping flexibility calculation
・Preparation of site work procedure for piping and structure
・Evaluation and selection of vendors for valves and other piping accessories
・Confirmation and coordination with other departments.
・Implementation and maintenance of Standard documents for piping design
・Sales support (documents preparation for cost estimation for proposal activity)
・Piping linecheck at manufacturing factory and at construction site

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :

【Requirement】
Candidates must meet all of the following:
‐ Experience in piping design within the EPC, plant engineering, or manufacturing industries.
‐ English Proficiency: Conversational Level ～ Business Level
【Nice to have】
‐ Experience of structure design, module design.
‐ Experience to drivig Engineering Project.
