Responsibilities
Design, implement, and continuously improve end-to-end logistics and supply chain processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Coordinate and oversee day-to-day transportation and distribution activities across domestic and international operations.
Monitor system transactions and operational data, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of exceptions.
Investigate and resolve logistics-related issues, including delivery disruptions, service concerns, and process deviations.
Manage operational expenditures associated with warehousing and logistics services, including procurement and invoice administration.
Build and maintain effective relationships with external service providers and logistics partners.
Analyse operational performance and cost trends, identifying opportunities for process optimisation and cost improvement.
Track and report key operational metrics, ensuring service levels and business objectives are achieved.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across multiple functions to support business and customer requirements.
Develop, update, and maintain operational documentation, policies, and standard procedures.
Lead or contribute to strategic initiatives, continuous improvement programmes, and special projects as required.
Prepare and deliver regular operational, performance, and management reports.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management, including inventory control, warehouse operations, and process optimisation.
Demonstrated experience in business process analysis, continuous improvement, and operational excellence initiatives.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a multilingual and multicultural environment.
Proven stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities with internal and external partners.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret operational data, identify trends, and recommend actionable improvements.
Proficiency in common business productivity and collaboration tools, including spreadsheets, presentations, document management, and communication platforms.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Ability to work collaboratively across functions and support cross-departmental initiatives and projects.
Experience in performance monitoring, reporting, and driving improvements based on key operational metrics.
