Due to business expansion, we are seeking a Project Manager. We welcome applicants who can lead projects (such as office relocations and facility renovations) by managing client relationships and collaborating with global teams.
Job Description
- Manage all aspects of projects and support safe completion of all phases in line with strategy.
- Demonstrate teamwork, innovation, and excellence while working creatively and analytically to solve problems.
- Oversee daily project progress, conduct meetings with clients and local project teams, and manage various other meetings.
- Share updates on milestones, deliverables, risks, and issues with client stakeholders as needed.
- Explore solutions that meet client needs while maintaining industry best practices.
- Conduct feasibility studies, vendor selection, and propose evaluations from appropriate stakeholders.
- Manage quality control, resolve quality issues, and handle project scope and changes.
- Oversee all aspects of projects and programs including planning, vendor relations, communication, resource allocation, budgeting, changes, and risk resolution.
- Ensure projects and programs progress within scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
- Possess a broad understanding of project and program management principles, methodologies, and techniques.
- Handle other ad hoc tasks as required.

Offices, hotels, data centers, factories, mixed-use commercial facilities, and more.
Qualifications
Required:
- Over 5 years of experience leading construction projects as a project or construction manager.
- Proven ability to lead projects on time and within budget using strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proactive and decisive, with the ability to adapt to changing requirements and conditions.
- Experience influencing and gaining support from executive sponsors, team members, stakeholders, and colleagues.
- Flexibility and problem-solving skills to handle dynamic project environments.
Preferred:
- First-class Architect License (一級建築士)
- First-class Construction Management Engineer License (一級建築施工管理技士)
- English proficiency is not required but is a plus.
