Responsibilities
Manage subscription renewals and retention activities across a portfolio of small to mid-sized corporate clients
Maintain strong client relationships to support long-term engagement and maximise retention rates
Oversee the full renewal lifecycle including customer engagement, pricing discussions, and contract administration
Drive accurate forecasting and pipeline tracking to support revenue stability
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Compliance, and Customer Support teams to enhance customer outcomes
Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure visibility of client status and renewal progress
Conduct business reviews, identify retention risks, and propose actionable improvement plans
Support process improvements through the adoption of AI-enabled tools and technologies
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
Experience in account management, customer success, client relationship management, commercial renewals, customer retention, or similar client-facing roles
Proven ability to manage multiple customer accounts and renewal cycles simultaneously
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to collaborate effectively across teams while also working independently
Strong analytical capability, including experience in forecasting, pipeline tracking, and contract management
Experience using CRM platforms and sales management tools
Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
