Job Description
Set and execute business plans for retail stores, including revenue, inventory, and profitability targets
Monitor sales performance, analyze financial metrics, and implement actions to achieve business goals
Lead and optimize store operations, ensuring alignment with brand standards and customer service excellence
Drive retail expansion strategies including new openings, renovations, and relocations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on merchandising, planning, and reporting to improve performance
Lead, develop, and motivate retail teams, including recruitment, training, and succession planning
Qualifications
-Minimum 10 years management experience in retail industry
-A passion and complete knowledge of Retail best practices and marketing methodologies.
-Ability to rapidly expand Retail business through strategy, planning, and execution.
-Ability to work cross-functionally across an entire organization and different divisions.
-Building partnerships with internal stakeholders and external partners
-Acute sense of the brand; high taste level.
-Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
-Business English level
