Responsibilities :
The mission of Sales Training Manager is to improve sales capabili-ties by designing and implementing skill and product training for sales organization, and to ensure training contents conform with medical, regulatory, and legal guidelines to be compliant
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop short-midterm strategies for sales training (Sales man-agers & MR) that will have a significant impact upon the busi-ness
- Analyze & improve training methods continuously in the cross-functional team to provide the best customer engagement
- Assess knowledge & skill level of sales team
- Provide training to new graduate/career MR
- Develop & ensure sales training contents conform to medical, regulatory and legal guidelines to be compliant
- Conduct monthly training and cycle meeting to improve skill & knowledge in collaboration with the cross-functional team along with product strategy
- Manage and operate a renewal of MR certificate in collaboration with Sales Assistant
- Manage training budget

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience as a sales trainer (Selling skill & Product knowledge)
- Work experience in pharmaceutical/Medical device industry (Knowledge of industrial promotion code is required; knowledge of dermatology therapeutic area preferred)
- Experience as a coaching trainer / Sales manager trainer is highly preferred
- Experience as a Sales manager preferred
- Experience in project management
- At least beginner to mid-level of English (e.g. be able to under-stand and write basic English email), Fluent Japanese
