Responsibilities :
- Act as a trusted HR partner and leader, supporting employees, managers, and the company’s mission to drive positive change
- Provide end- to- end HR support, covering performance management, organizational design, learning and development, compensation, and employee relations
- Enhance the employee experience by proactively identifying issues and working with leaders on practical, sustainable solutions
- Support organizational effectiveness and talent development through coaching managers, building inclusive high- performing teams, and advising on talent reviews and merit planning

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :
- 5+ years of Experience in HRBP, employee relations, or generalist roles
- Strong knowledge of core HR practices, including performance management, labor relations, Talent development, and workforce planning
- Proven ability to Partner with leadership, providing coaching and people- related guidance
- analytical and problem- solving skills, able to balance business priorities with employee needs
- Fluent communication skills in English (native- level Japanese required for Japan roles)
