Job Description
- Planning and leading new business solutions/ Projects:
Planning managed services centered on data utilization (Data & Analytics Platform), cybersecurity (privileged access management), and public cloud utilization (AWS, etc.).
- Developing top-tier accounts: Leading new customer acquisition and expanding into new areas for existing customers in sectors such as finance (megabanks, regional banks, insurance), telecommunications, public sector, and manufacturing.
- Overseeing and leading proposal activities: Managing proposal teams (approximately 15 people including in-house engineers and partners) for large-scale and complex projects, supporting RFI/RFP creation, and providing vendor management support. - Project promotion and operation: Participating in upstream processes in delivery after receiving orders, and acting as a PMO to smoothly promote and operate projects. - Feedback to the technical department: Providing feedback on cutting-edge customer needs to the in-house engineering team and contributing to the technology roadmap and product development.
Qualifications
Required skills:
- Candidates with around 10 years of practical experience in solution planning sales and business development in the IT industry.
- Business know-how and network, primarily in the financial industry (megabanks, regional banks, insurance companies). Open to other industries like telecommunications, public sector, and manufacturing, etc.
- Experience leading the entire proposal process for large-scale projects and managing teams. Proven track record of solution planning, proposal, and order acquisition in one or more of the following areas: - Public cloud utilization (AWS resale, LIFT&SHIFT, common VPC systems, etc.).
- Data utilization platforms (analytics platforms utilizing Qlik, Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, etc.). - Cybersecurity (privileged access management, privileged identity management: CyberArk, etc.).
