The Senior Talent Acquisition role offers an exciting opportunity to shape and deliver strategic hiring initiatives within a fast-paced and evolving organisation. Responsibilities
Drive strategic hiring initiatives in partnership with HR and hiring managers, aligning recruitment plans with workforce demand including ramp-up and leadership hiring
Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies, providing insights on candidate availability, feasibility, and hiring timelines
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from initial intake through to onboarding handover, ensuring a structured and seamless experience
Lead recruitment across a diverse range of roles, from high-volume operational hiring to specialist and leadership positions
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, and proactive talent pooling
Enhance employer branding and candidate experience through clear communication and continuous process improvements
Track and analyse recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and offer acceptance rates, driving data-led optimisation
Collaborate with external agencies where required, ensuring quality candidate delivery and effective cost management
Requirements
Experience managing full-cycle recruitment across both volume hiring and critical or leadership roles
Proven ability to develop and execute sourcing strategies, including direct sourcing and talent pipeline building
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and align hiring priorities
Analytical mindset with experience using recruitment data to improve processes and outcomes
Excellent communication skills with a commitment to delivering a positive candidate experience
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple hiring priorities
Experience working with external vendors or recruitment agencies for specialised hiring needs
