Responsibilities :
- Acts as the HR Lead for a manufacturing site, partnering closely with plant leadership to support business operations from a people perspective
- Drives both operational and strategic HR initiatives, including organizational development, workforce planning, and change management
- Oversees recruitment across multiple Talent types and improves hiring efficiency, including visa and onboarding processes for international employees
- Enhances employee Engagement and career development by translating employee feedback into actionable programs
- Ensures compliance with labor regulations while managing employee relations, health & safety, and workplace conditions
- Leads and develops the HR team while improving HR processes, data accuracy, and aligning site HR strategy with broader organizational goals

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :
- Hands-on HR experience (e.g., HRBP, factory HR, or labor relations) with solid knowledge of labor laws
- Strong communication skills in both Japanese (high fluency) and English (business-level)
- Experience supporting visa processes and working with international employees is preferred
- Preferred background includes manufacturing/automotive or global environments, with exposure to recruitment, talent management, and HR program development
- Ideal candidate is proactive, people-oriented, and trusted by stakeholders, with a strong sense of ownership and initiative
