The Subregion IS Partner Manager role offers the opportunity to build and grow a strategic partner ecosystem across Japan within the industrial automation and digital transformation sector. This role plays an important part in driving business growth through collaboration with software partners, system integrators, consulting firms, and advisory organisations. Responsibilities
Recruit, onboard, and develop strategic Information Software partners across Japan.
Build and execute joint business plans aligned with revenue objectives and long-term growth targets.
Manage partner performance against annual goals and multi-year business plans.
Drive partner-sourced pipeline generation and support successful opportunity conversion.
Lead regular business reviews and executive-level engagement with partner organisations.
Collaborate with sales, technical, and marketing teams to strengthen partner capabilities and drive market success.
Support strategic account planning, opportunity development, and deal closure activities.
Identify and implement marketing initiatives to increase market awareness and demand generation.
Contribute to regional and global partner strategy development.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree.
Experience in partner management, channel sales, business development, or software ecosystem management.
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with enterprise software, SaaS, industrial software, or digital transformation solutions.
Fluent communication skills in both Japanese and English.
Ability to influence executive stakeholders and work effectively within cross-functional teams.
