The Supply Planning Manager role offers the opportunity to play a key role in driving supply chain performance and operational excellence within a manufacturing-focused organisation. This position is ideal for an experienced planning professional who enjoys balancing demand, inventory, and supply requirements while leading continuous improvement and transformation initiatives across the business.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain supply plans using SAP MRP.
Balance demand, inventory, and supply constraints to achieve business objectives.
Collaborate closely with Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, Customer Service, and Commercial teams.
Monitor supply chain KPIs including service level, inventory, OTIF, and forecast attainment.
Identify and implement process improvement opportunities across supply chain operations.
Participate in and lead supply chain transformation projects.
Manage project timelines, action items, and stakeholder communications.
Support S&OP and Integrated Business Planning processes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
8+ years of Supply Planning or Production Planning experience.
Hands-on experience with SAP MRP (ECC or S/4HANA).
Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes.
Experience in supply-demand balancing and inventory optimisation.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results.
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
Business-level English communication skills.
