Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end hiring initiatives, from defining talent requirements and building candidate pipelines to securing top talent.
Continuously enhance recruitment effectiveness by optimising hiring processes and introducing innovative sourcing and assessment methods.
Partner closely with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide strategic talent advisory support.
Design and execute recruitment programmes and employer branding initiatives that strengthen the organisation's ability to attract and retain exceptional talent.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support business growth through effective hiring.
Contribute to the continuous development and improvement of talent acquisition practices and strategies.
Requirements
2+ years of recruitment or related Talent Acquisition experience, with proven ability to manage hiring initiatives independently.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing recruitment strategies that deliver measurable hiring outcomes.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
Ability to influence both internal and external partners.
Proactive and results-oriented approach to recruitment and talent acquisition.
