Responsibilities

Oversee project costs and resource planning to support efficiency and successful project execution.
Drive technical and project-related decision-making, providing direction and support to component leaders.
Coordinate engineering activities across multiple development teams to ensure consistent and integrated deliverables.
Ensure system development fulfils defined technical requirements and achieves expected performance targets.
Requirements
Experience in project management for series development projects.
Experience in automotive product development.
Business-level communication skills in both Japanese and English.
Basic knowledge of driver assistance systems.
Ability to lead discussions and coordinate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
Strong organisational skills with a structured and dependable approach to work.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
