Responsibilities
Develop system test strategies and test plans
Create, execute, and validate system test cases
Prepare internal and external test reports
Set up, maintain, and manage test equipment
Verify system performance using actual vehicles
Collaborate with global validation teams and key stakeholders
Support quality assurance activities for vehicle platform development projects
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Business-level Japanese language proficiency
Business-level English language proficiency
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
