Responsibilities :
- Invest in, Oversee, and Provide support to startup companies
- Conduct sourcing activities through networking within the VC community and startup ecosystem, as well as engaging with group entities
- Lead negotiations with startups and co-investing venture capital firms
- Perform due diligence on potential investments
- develop and Present investment proposals to the investment committee
- Track and assess the performance and business conditions of portfolio companies
- Assist portfolio companies in planning and executing their exit strategies

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :
Required Qualifications
- At least five years of professional work experience
- Strong interest in pursuing a career as a venture capitalist, particularly within a corporate venture capital (CVC) setting
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a corporate venture capital (CVC) environment
- Background in finance, such as management consulting, M&A, or financial advisory services (FAS)
- Consulting experience related to IPOs
Language Requirements
- English proficiency at a fluent level (business-level communication preferred)
