The AI Engineer role offers an opportunity to advance cutting-edge autonomous driving technology through the application of machine learning and real-world experimentation. You will contribute to building an end-to-end system that interprets in-vehicle camera data and translates it into driving decisions, shaping the future of safer and more efficient mobility.
Responsibilities
Develop and refine autonomous driving AI models using large-scale datasets
Prepare, process, and improve datasets, including aligning data from multiple sensors
Design and implement models based on expert driver data and advanced Vision-Language-Action approaches
Evaluate model performance using internal data and continuously improve accuracy and efficiency
Optimise models for production by improving speed and reducing computational size
Conduct real-world testing on vehicles, analyse results, and iterate rapidly
Build automated systems for data labelling and support experimentation workflows
Requirements
1 to 3 years of experience using deep learning frameworks
Experience working with large AI models
Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
Japanese language proficiency at approximately JLPT N2 level or higher
