The Application Engineer / Sales Engineer role offers the opportunity to combine technical expertise with customer engagement in the test and measurement solutions industry. This role plays an important part in supporting customers, identifying new business opportunities, and strengthening long-term relationships while working closely with sales, marketing, business development, and product management teams.
Responsibilities
Provide technical support for test and measurement equipment and solutions.
Visit customers to understand technical requirements and identify new business opportunities.
Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and application support.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through ongoing technical consultation.
Collaborate with sales teams to support opportunity development and customer engagement.
Work with global marketing and business development teams to create technical and sales content.
Share customer feedback and market requirements with product management and R&D teams.
Support market development initiatives and contribute to business expansion activities.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience working with electrical, electronic, RF, or related technical products.
Experience in technical support, application engineering, sales engineering, or a customer-facing technical role.
Basic English communication skills.
Strong communication and customer relationship management abilities.
Ability to understand customer requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions.
