Role Purpose:
This position supports the execution of brand strategies to drive growth and market share. It involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to manage the brand portfolio, develop new products, and ensure effective market activation.
Key Responsibilities
Market & Brand Analysis
-Analyze consumer and market data to identify trends and performance drivers
-Continuously identify opportunities for portfolio enhancement and activation
Innovation & Product Development
-Support product maintenance, renovation, and new product launches
-Develop activation strategies, especially in digital channels, to drive trial and awareness
-Ensure strong execution of marketing plans and adapt as needed for better results
Cross-Functional Collaboration
-Work closely with teams in sales, R&D, finance, supply chain, legal, and quality
-Coordinate with external partners such as agencies, suppliers, and key clients

Project Support
- Role: Provide critical assistance and take a lead role in project management, ensuring the efficient execution of brand initiatives and product launches.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
New Launch Initiatives
- Planning and Execution: Assist in the planning and execution of new product launches, including coordinating the introduction of multiple SKUs.
- Contribution: Learn and contribute to fast-paced launch schedules.
Brand Holistic Management
- Support: Assist the Marketing Manager in overseeing the brand holistically.
- Contribution: Contribute to core SKU renovation, maintenance, and the introduction of limited-edition products.
Brand Marketing Experience
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Responsibility: Include responsibility for a portion of the brand P&L.
Language Proficiency
- Japanese: Utilize native-level Japanese language skills for effective communication with Japanese-speaking stakeholders.
- English: Contribute to business-level written and spoken communication in English as needed.
