Job Description
Lead delivery and implementation of Life Solutions projects using the PathWise platform across Asia Pacific, primarily in Japan
Provide ongoing client support and build strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
Support business development by identifying opportunities and contributing to go-to-market strategies
Oversee client engagements including proof of concept development, system implementation, and managed service processes
Collaborate with internal strategy and technology teams to identify consulting and implementation opportunities across insurers, reinsurers, and related organizations
Contribute to the development of market propositions and integrated solutions that enable better client decision-making
Provide leadership and guidance to team members while driving the growth of the Life Solutions business
Qualifications
Experience in life consulting or transformation projects within insurance organizations
Background in actuarial system implementation and familiarity with topics such as Finance Transformation, IFRS17, ALM, and hedging
Understanding of regulatory developments, particularly within Japan and the broader Asia Pacific region
Ability to develop market propositions and execute go-to-market strategies
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients
Native or fluent Japanese proficiency with functional English skills
Experience working within the Japan life insurance market
A pragmatic approach and strong collaboration skills
