Responsibilities :
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive client engagement.
- Design and implement initiatives to generate new revenue streams.
- Utilize various methods to access potential clients independently or with senior team support.
- Lead communications with potential clients via meetings, events, travel, and marketing campaigns.
- Manage existing client relationships to maintain and strengthen connections.
- Engage clients to explore new business opportunities or revive dormant relationships.
- Support project execution teams by communicating findings and managing client expectations.

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :
- Experienced in actively identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Client-facing experience in management consulting, investment banking, law, policy or intelligence.
- Excellent interpersonal and people skills.
- Proven track record in building and maintaining client relationships.
- Self-motivated and able to collaborate across global teams.
- Fluency in Japanese and English
- Experience working in Japan or with Japanese businesses
