Job Description
Lead business strategy formulation and planning for search-related services in the commerce domain to drive user growth and business impact
Promote service expansion initiatives, including the development of new products and enhancement of existing functions
Analyze business KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and implement measures to enhance service quality and performance
Develop and execute strategies to increase transaction volume and overall revenue in the commerce area
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve key business challenges and drive strategic initiatives
Plan and implement marketing strategies to expand user base and engagement
Manage and support operational processes tied to business growth and performance optimization
Qualifications
Experience in business strategy development, business planning, and KPI management
Proven ability to create proposals and present to senior stakeholders
Experience coordinating with internal teams and external partners, including negotiation experience
Background in product management and organizational leadership
Strong analytical thinking with the ability to structure ideas logically and make decisions based on data
Ability to proactively identify issues, define solutions, and drive execution in ambiguous situations
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across multiple teams while balancing priorities
