Overview
The Internal Communications role serves as a key function in strengthening organizational cohesion. It is responsible for establishing and optimizing internal communication frameworks, effectively conveying corporate strategy, culture, and key information, and bridging communication between leadership and employees. This role also plays a critical part in enhancing employee engagement and supporting the achievement of business objectives.
Responsibilities
・Partner with regional internal communications teams to drive initiatives that improve employee awareness and understanding of business strategy, priorities, and values, while fostering engagement toward shared goals
・Develop and execute internal communication plans aligned with business priorities, including the creation and management of various communication programs
・Provide executive communications support, including drafting messages, leadership profiles, talking points, and materials for town halls and internal meetings
・Collaborate closely with regional leadership, HR, and cross-functional stakeholders to implement and deliver internal communication initiatives
Qualifications
Skills Required
・BA/BS degree in marketing communications, journalism, public relations or related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
・5+years marketing experience including a demonstrated ability to produce effective communications and campaigns.
・Strong ability to communicate the value of wide range of technical products in a complex, fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
・Passionate with marketing and internal communications, dynamic, high energy team player.
・Mature, credible, patient, and results-driven with a strong work ethic.
・Excellent interpersonal, organization, leadership, and project management skills.
・Ability to work independently, able to multi-task and perform under pressure and willing to roll-up sleeves and do the work required to flawless execution.
