The EMS/DMS Business Development Manager role offers the opportunity to drive new business growth within the industrial electronics sector while working closely with customers, engineering teams, manufacturing functions, and global stakeholders. Responsibilities
Identify target markets and develop new business opportunities within industrial electronics and EMS/DMS sectors.
Build relationships with new customers and key decision-makers across product planning, engineering, procurement, and operations functions.
Gather customer requirements and define project specifications.
Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and overseas teams to develop tailored solutions.
Lead proposal development, commercial negotiations, and project alignment activities.
Drive long-term project pipelines covering PoC, prototyping, design services, and mass production.
Support strategic business planning and market expansion initiatives.
Act as a key liaison between customers, internal stakeholders, and global operations.
Requirements
Experience in EMS, ODM, DMS, industrial electronics, or related industries.
Experience in B2B sales, business development, product planning, or customer-facing technical roles.
Proven track record in new business development and customer acquisition.
Experience defining customer requirements and managing cross-functional projects.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and proactively drive business opportunities.
Capability to perform in a player-manager capacity with a high level of ownership.
