The Engineering, Construction and Asset Management role offers the opportunity to contribute to the delivery and optimisation of advanced energy solutions across the Asia-Pacific region. This position combines technical expertise with asset performance management, supporting the development and efficiency of clean energy projects.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies including preventive, corrective, and predictive approaches to ensure reliable asset operation

  • Identify and drive technical and operational improvements to enhance performance and reduce lifecycle costs

  • Support capital cost planning by assessing technical and financial feasibility of asset upgrades and optimisation projects

  • Collaborate closely with partners, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues and improve asset performance

  • Provide timely engineering insights to O&M engineers and Asset Managers to support continuous improvement initiatives

  • Ensure accurate and consistent technical information sharing across relevant teams

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in an engineering role

  • Experience in development, construction, operation, or asset management of solar, battery energy storage systems, or similar projects

  • Experience working with EPC contractors and O&M service providers

  • Valid driving licence with willingness to conduct site visits and inspections

  • Familiarity with CAD tools, engineering drawings, technical documentation, cost estimates, and BOQs

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications

  • Effective time management skills and ability to deliver under pressure

  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment

  • Practical, hands-on approach with a flexible and adaptive mindset

Preferred

  • Strong electrical engineering foundation with experience across engineering, O&M, and asset management

  • Understanding of solar and battery-related businesses

  • English communication skills sufficient for internal presentations and reporting
