The Engineering, Construction and Asset Management role offers the opportunity to contribute to the delivery and optimisation of advanced energy solutions across the Asia-Pacific region. This position combines technical expertise with asset performance management, supporting the development and efficiency of clean energy projects.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement maintenance strategies including preventive, corrective, and predictive approaches to ensure reliable asset operation
Identify and drive technical and operational improvements to enhance performance and reduce lifecycle costs
Support capital cost planning by assessing technical and financial feasibility of asset upgrades and optimisation projects
Collaborate closely with partners, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues and improve asset performance
Provide timely engineering insights to O&M engineers and Asset Managers to support continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure accurate and consistent technical information sharing across relevant teams
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in an engineering role
Experience in development, construction, operation, or asset management of solar, battery energy storage systems, or similar projects
Experience working with EPC contractors and O&M service providers
Valid driving licence with willingness to conduct site visits and inspections
Familiarity with CAD tools, engineering drawings, technical documentation, cost estimates, and BOQs
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications
Effective time management skills and ability to deliver under pressure
Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment
Practical, hands-on approach with a flexible and adaptive mindset
Preferred
Strong electrical engineering foundation with experience across engineering, O&M, and asset management
Understanding of solar and battery-related businesses
English communication skills sufficient for internal presentations and reporting
