Responsibilities :

Responsibilities:

Be able to think logically, respect the cultural differences between our company and our customers, and the regions within our company, and communicate appropriately.

Lead Project management activity for introducing our solution to SAP user companies, as an official module of SAP S/4HANA ERP.

Facilitate, participate and lead different meetings with the Customers, SAP or SAP partners to carry out system demos, gather requirements, playback solutions and support testing.

Participate in execution of project deliverables such as blueprints workshops, documents, specifications, configuration and testing/training support

Ensuring conformity with requirements for project deliverables (ensuring quality from a Japanese perspective)

Understanding upstream/downstream process impacts (Master data, sales, finance, etc)

Configuration of tasks/functions in charge

Provide on-site and / or remote consulting services to Vistex customers implementing Vistex products and solutions

Skill transfer to / from overseas members

Collaboration with offshore teams (internal and external)

Communicate requirements and discussions carried out with the customers to the overseas team members (requirements documents, specifications documents, etc.) and support overseas members communication with Japanese customers.

Open for making multiple overseas business trips (mainly within Asia pacific area, India, US headquarters, etc.).

Potentially be involved in project assignment control in the future and other additional activities led by multiple countries.

Willing and committed to learning Vistex solutions for long term association as a full-time employee

Willingness to travel to customer locations (Monday thru Thursday weekly)

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :

Required

5 years:

ERP implementation experience (especially SD, MM, SCM area or similar modules) of 5 years or more is a must

3 years:

Experience in development and introduction of core system (ERP) is a must

Excellent communication and client handling skills

Excellent Japanese language skills (both written and spoken)

Intermediate English language skills (both written and spoken)

Preferred

Business level English (standard: TOEIC 750 or above, but can consult) is a plus

Manufacturer, retail, chemical or oil industry work experience is a plus

PM experience, leader experience is a plus

Experience studying abroad/MBA is a plus

Prior experience in large consulting firms (Accenture, Deloitte etc) is a plus

SD technical skills and ABAP skills are a plus
