A global testing, simulation, and sensing solutions company is looking for a Field Account Manager (FAM). The selected candidate will drive sales growth, strengthen key customer relationships, and expand the company’s presence within an assigned territory.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Identify new business opportunities while expanding relationships with existing customers.
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, and deliver proposals, quotations, and solution recommendations.
Collaborate with Inside Sales, Engineering, and Technical Support teams to support customer success.
Manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and customer activities through CRM systems.
Monitor market trends and competitive activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Coordinate with manufacturing, engineering, and service teams to support project execution.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Experience in B2B sales, account management, business development, or related customer-facing roles.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Understanding of sales processes and customer engagement strategies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently with a high degree of self-discipline.
Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Willingness to travel domestically as required.
Valid driver’s license.
