Job Description

- Collaborate closely with the global headquarters team to stay informed on internationally driven campaigns, select the initiatives most relevant to the Japanese market, and Lead projects to localize and deploy them in partnership with the Japan marketing team

-align with global stakeholders to drive awareness and adoption of new strategic marketing concepts within the Japan team

-Lead the development of content strategies for marketing campaigns (both online and offline), Oversee localization and translation processes, and Manage end-to-end execution for independently produced content

-plan and execute co-marketing campaigns in collaboration with partners

-Work cross-functionally with regional Sales teams, including account executives, business development representatives, solution Sales, and consultants, to deliver high-quality demand generation programs

-Manage and execute targeted marketing plans, including online and offline Lead generation initiatives and field campaigns, to Support pipeline acceleration and new customer Acquisition

-Provide Full logistical campaign Support, including contract negotiation, vendor management, campaign setup, Lead flow management, and communications with internal and external stakeholders

-Partner with business development teams to Track Lead follow-Up, qualification, and conversion

-Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and return on investment (ROI)

-Evaluate marketing opportunities with external vendors, partners, and agencies to Support the overall go-to-market strategy

-Recommend and test new marketing approaches to drive pipeline growth and Improve operational efficiency

-Manage marketing budget and Track expenditures

-Collaborate with internal marketing teams to understand market needs and define success metrics

-translate business goals into digital Acquisition strategies, including audience targeting and the development of digital assets

-own the process of gathering all creative and tracking assets required to launch campaigns

-Provide performance scorecards and Maintain detailed reporting on campaign forecasting and results

Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability to thoughtfully incorporate AI into workflows, decision-making, and problem-solving, including leveraging AI tools, automating processes, interpreting AI-generated insights, and assessing their impact on business functions or industry trends

-Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a Proven ability to Manage multiple priorities and consistently meet tight deadlines

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to Collaborate effectively across teams

-Solid knowledge of campaign planning, execution, and operational processes

-Experience managing external vendors and leading contract negotiations

-Proficient in Microsoft office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

-7+ years of Experience in account management, Program management, and/or digital Operations

-Proven Track Record of managing large-scale programs and complex client engagements

-Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and related technologies

-Comfortable working with business Analytics and translating data into actionable insights and reporting
