職務内容
- Manage all AP related operations including checking the application.
- (Purchase/Payment Request, Expense Reimbursement etc.)
- Manage check runs for the bank payment
- Manage intercompany invoices and process netting
- Manage tax payments
- Ensure all AP processes are completed and in compliance with appropriate terms and internal policy
- Collect monthly accrual data and ensure the expense booking
- Control Prepaid Expense Balance
- Create PL details/BS detail0s for related accounts
- Cash Forecast for Payments
- Assist Audit Requests (Internal/External)
- Assist local/global projects in related area (Indirect Procurement System)
- Support any other ad-hoc tasks which may occur in the team
応募要件
必須スキル・経験
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (Accounting Finance or related field preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in AP operation

- Experience working in retail industries (Nice to have)
- Experience of system projects (Nice to have)

- Holder of Japan Bookkeeping level 2or equivalent accounting qualification
- Proficiency in ERP System (SAP)
- Business level proficiency in Japanese and English (English ability especially to read and write will be a must)
- Able to approach tasks with problem solving mindset
- Strong communication skills capable of building effective relationships across internal departments and external stakeholders
