The Finance Manager role offers an excellent opportunity to take ownership of end-to-end financial operations within a dynamic and internationally connected business environment. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate reporting, supporting strategic decision-making, and driving process improvements across finance functions.
Responsibilities
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of profit and loss statements and balance sheets
Manage core accounting activities including accruals, prepayments, provisions, intercompany transactions, and balance sheet reconciliations
Supervise accounts payable and receivable processes, including employee expenses, vendor payments, and coordination with headquarters
Support budgeting, planning, and financial analysis across sales, margins, and operating costs by cost centre
Coordinate tax filings and compliance activities, including corporate tax, VAT, transfer pricing documentation, and audit support
Monitor cash flow, bank balances, and intercompany settlements while managing treasury activities
Lead and develop finance team members while driving system enhancements and process improvements
Requirements
University degree or equivalent practical experience
More than five years of relevant professional experience in finance and accounting
Strong SAP proficiency
Proven management experience with the ability to lead and develop teams
Hands-on experience in financial closing processes
Business-level English communication skills
