Responsibilities
Prepare investment materials for investors and financial institutions, including presentations, financial projections, and due diligence materials
Lead fundraising activities, including due diligence, contract negotiations, deal execution, and transaction closing
Manage relationships and communications with investors and financial institutions
Develop and update annual budgets and medium-term business plans
Analyse budget versus actual performance and report key KPIs in collaboration with the accounting team
Conduct cash flow analysis, identify improvement opportunities, and support the development and execution of action plans
Organise and facilitate regular meetings with investors and financial institutions
Requirements
Required Skills
Experience in finance-related roles within a corporate organisation, start-up, investment bank, consulting firm, private equity fund, or similar environment
Experience in budgeting and business planning, or experience reviewing business plans from an investment perspective
Preferred Skills
Experience in fundraising within a start-up environment
Experience in M&A execution
Strong knowledge and practical experience in finance, FP&A, or related functions
Business-level English proficiency, including the ability to participate in meetings with overseas investors
