The FP&A Manager role offers an exciting opportunity to partner with senior leadership in a dynamic, fast-paced international business environment. Responsibilities
Lead budgeting and forecasting processes across the full profit and loss statement, including revenue, gross profit, operating expenses, and capital expenditure
Deliver accurate financial performance reporting, analysing variances between actual results, budgets, and forecasts
Identify financial risks and opportunities, recommending practical actions to optimise business outcomes
Provide insightful financial analysis to support management decision-making and business performance improvement
Partner closely with commercial and operational teams, offering financial guidance and strategic support
Contribute to medium- and long-term business planning and key growth initiatives
Support continuous improvement of planning, reporting, and decision-support processes
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline
Proven experience in financial planning, business analysis, management accounting, or related finance functions
Exposure to international or multi-site organisations, with experience in business partnering considered advantageous
Advanced skills in spreadsheet-based financial modelling and analysis
Strong capabilities in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and data interpretation
Familiarity with ERP systems or enterprise financial platforms is beneficial
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strategic mindset with the ability to balance high-level objectives and operational realities
High attention to detail with strong analytical rigour
Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative approach with a focus on delivering results
Ability to identify key business drivers and translate insights into actionable recommendations
Professional-level proficiency in both English and Japanese
