Responsibilities

  • Analyse financial performance and provide actionable insights to support business unit leaders, sales, and marketing teams

  • Act as a trusted business partner, contributing to strategy development and key decision-making processes

  • Support business growth by delivering accurate forecasts and financial planning activities

  • Collaborate with global finance teams and participate in international initiatives

  • Provide financial guidance aligned with organisational objectives and evolving healthcare needs

  • Contribute to continuous improvement within financial planning and analysis processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent qualification is an advantage

  • At least 8 years of professional experience, including 5 or more years in financial planning and analysis

  • Experience within the healthcare sector and exposure to manufacturing environments is advantageous

  • Certified Public Accountant or equivalent qualification is beneficial

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate financial data into strategic insights

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and with global stakeholders
