Responsibilities
Analyse financial performance and provide actionable insights to support business unit leaders, sales, and marketing teams
Act as a trusted business partner, contributing to strategy development and key decision-making processes
Support business growth by delivering accurate forecasts and financial planning activities
Collaborate with global finance teams and participate in international initiatives
Provide financial guidance aligned with organisational objectives and evolving healthcare needs
Contribute to continuous improvement within financial planning and analysis processes
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent qualification is an advantage
At least 8 years of professional experience, including 5 or more years in financial planning and analysis
Experience within the healthcare sector and exposure to manufacturing environments is advantageous
Certified Public Accountant or equivalent qualification is beneficial
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate financial data into strategic insights
Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and with global stakeholders
